What We Believe
We believe that the Bible is the word of God. Everything else builds on that foundation.
We hold to the three ecumenical creeds of the Church: the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed.
We also follow the Anglican Church's 1571 declaration of faith, the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion.
We pray what we believe, so the best guide to our beliefs is the Book of Common Prayer.
We affirm the Jerusalem Declaration as a helpful summary of our faith in modern times.
For our instruction in families and classes we also have a helpful new catechism, To Be a Christian.
